We are all working on our basic facts in TKT. Here is a copy of our basic facts ladder. Everyone can work on their own steps. To move up each step they must be tested by a teacher or parent and answer 5 random step questions correctly. To ensure that the answers are knowledge and not worked out, each question must be answered within 3 seconds.
