Te Rangimarae Marae

A fantastic day at Te Rangimarie Marae. The children were welcomed onto the marae with a powhiri. The children had the opportunity to share their pepeha and learn about the marae and it ancestors and history. The boys learnt a haka and the girls learnt poi. The children also had the opportunity to go down to the river and collect samples with DoC.
